Die Antriebe erm\u00f6glichen eine Pr\u00e4zision beim Starten, Stoppen und Rampen, die mit Standard-DC- oder -AC-Motoren nicht zu erreichen ist.<\/p><p>Zahnradpumpen, die urspr\u00fcnglich f\u00fcr die kontinuierliche Polymerextrusion entwickelt wurden, haben sich auf Anwendungen ausgeweitet, die jetzt eine pr\u00e4zise, wiederholbare Abgabe kleiner Volumina umfassen. Typischerweise in medizinischen, Klebstoff- und anderen Spezialanwendungen angetroffen, muss die Pumpe eine sehr kleine und spezifische Materialmenge dosieren. Kolbenpumpen \u00e4lterer Bauart haben in der Vergangenheit diesen Anwendungen gedient, indem sie die Durchflussrate bei Druck gehalten haben. Da die Anwendungen jedoch anspruchsvoller werden und hochpr\u00e4zise volumetrische Dosierungen erfordern, reicht die Start\/Stopp-Reaktionszeit f\u00fcr diese Ger\u00e4te nicht mehr aus. Temperaturempfindlichkeit bei Kolbenpumpen ist ebenfalls ein Thema. \u00c4nderungen der Umgebungstemperatur k\u00f6nnen die Viskosit\u00e4t und die Durchflussrate ver\u00e4ndern, was dazu f\u00fchrt, dass die Druckeinstellungen dieser Systeme kontinuierlich \u00fcberwacht und kontrolliert werden m\u00fcssen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Die neue Servo Drive Gear Pump von PSI verbessert dies, indem sie die Linearit\u00e4t der konstanten volumetrischen Leistung pro Umdrehung der Zahnradpumpe mit der pr\u00e4zisen Positionssteuerung eines Servoantriebs kombiniert. Das Ergebnis ist die Eliminierung des unabh\u00e4ngigen Getriebes, kein Auslaufen des Motors, extrem schnelle Reaktionszeiten, sofortiger Start\/Stopp und schnelle Hoch-\/Rampenzeiten und eine neue Funktion; umkehren.
