Das US-Patent 9,309,974 B1 vom 12. April 2016 wurde dem Unternehmen f\u00fcr \u201eDichtungen zur Verwendung mit Fl\u00fcssigkeiten mit niedriger bis mittlerer Viskosit\u00e4t und verwandte Verfahren, Vorrichtungen und Systeme\u201c erteilt.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Materialaustritt bei kontinuierlichen Siebwechslern in Bolzenbauweise kann auftreten, wenn die Viskosit\u00e4t des Prozessmaterials nicht ausreicht, um eine Abdichtung in den eng tolerierten L\u00fccken zwischen Siebwechslergeh\u00e4use und Querbolzen herzustellen. Materialien, die in diese Kategorien fallen, umfassen Hei\u00dfschmelzklebstoffe, Polypropylen mit hohem MFI und andere, bei denen die Schmelze leicht durch enge Zwischenr\u00e4ume flie\u00dfen kann. Diese neue, patentierte Dichtungstechnologie wird vom Unternehmen in seinen Siebwechslern CSC (Continuous Bolt) und DSC (Discontinuous Bolt) eingesetzt, um ein Austreten von Materialien mit hohem MFI\/niedriger Viskosit\u00e4t zu verhindern, die durch die Anlage gefiltert werden.\u00a0<\/p><p>Das neuartige Design ist gegen Materialien mit einer Viskosit\u00e4t von nur einem Centipoise (1 cP) abgedichtet.
