PSI-Polymer Systems wird an seinem Stand auf der NPE 2015 zahlreiche Produkte vorstellen, die alle Extruder und Recycler dabei unterst\u00fctzen, qualitativ hochwertigere Produkte effizienter herzustellen. Ein vorgestelltes Produkt auf dem PSI-Stand ist der Quick-Shift Die Changer.\u00a0<\/p>

Der neue hydraulische Werkzeugwechsler (HDC) von PSI verwendet eine Schnellwechsel-Schieberplatte, um die Werkzeugk\u00f6pfe an einem einzelnen Extruder auszutauschen. Das innovative, zum Patent angemeldete System eignet sich ideal f\u00fcr Linien, die w\u00e4hrend des Werkzeugwechsels gesp\u00fclt werden m\u00fcssen, wie z. B. Schaumfolienbetriebe, oder f\u00fcr Chargenbetriebe, bei denen reduzierte Umr\u00fcstzeiten direkt zu einer h\u00f6heren Leistung und Kosteneinsparungen durch Abfall- und Arbeitsreduzierung f\u00fchren.<\/p>

Das Ger\u00e4t bietet eine Vorheizzone f\u00fcr die neue Matrize und verwendet ein Hydraulikaggregat, um die Matrize online zu schalten, wodurch die Umr\u00fcstzeiten effektiv von 1 Stunde auf 1 Minute reduziert werden. Das aktuelle Modell wurde f\u00fcr beengte Platzverh\u00e4ltnisse entwickelt und kann 12-Zoll- und 18-Zoll-Ringmatrizen aufnehmen. Kundenspezifische Versionen sind f\u00fcr praktisch jeden Extrusionsprozess erh\u00e4ltlich, wie z. B.
