Oktober 2013) <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52e16173 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52e16173\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PSI-Polymer Systems hat k\u00fcrzlich eine neue Dichtung eingef\u00fchrt, die f\u00fcr alle seine Bolzensiebwechsler und Umschaltventile geeignet ist und Materiallecks bei extrem niedrigviskosen Polymeren und Fl\u00fcssigkeiten verhindert.<\/p><p>Bei Siebwechslern vom Bolzentyp und Umlenkventilen besteht eine Korrelation zwischen der Viskosit\u00e4t des Polymers und der F\u00e4higkeit des Siebwechslers, eine zuverl\u00e4ssige, leckagefreie Abdichtung aufrechtzuerhalten. Dies liegt daran, dass der pr\u00e4zise bearbeitete Abstand zwischen dem Geh\u00e4use und den Schrauben auf der Viskosit\u00e4t des Polymers beruht, um ein Gleichgewicht zwischen der Bereitstellung einer minimalen Schmierung zwischen dem Geh\u00e4use und den Schrauben zu schaffen und gleichzeitig den Fluss \u00fcber den Schrauben-L\/D in die Atmosph\u00e4re zu verhindern. D\u00fcnn- und sehr d\u00fcnnfl\u00fcssige Schmelzen waren bisher f\u00fcr Bolzensiebwechsler problematisch, da die einzuhaltenden Spaltma\u00dfe begrenzt waren.<\/p><p>Diese Lecks sind bei Hei\u00dfschmelzklebstoffen und Polymeren mit niedriger Viskosit\u00e4t \u00fcblich und stellen ein ernstes Problem dar, da sie nicht nur ein Chaos verursachen und das Abschalten der Maschine zur Reparatur und Reinigung erfordern, sondern auch zu einer ernsthaften Brand- und Sicherheitsgefahr werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p><p>Als L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr dieses h\u00e4ufige Problem hat PSI eine Dichtungstechnologie erfunden, die f\u00fcr Polymere mit extrem niedrigen Viskosit\u00e4ten effektiv funktioniert. Bisher wurde die neue Dichtung erfolgreich bei Viskosit\u00e4ten von nur 1 cP (Toluol usw.) bis 300.000 cP getestet und hat sich als f\u00e4hig erwiesen, Stickstoff bei \u00fcber 2.000 psi abzudichten. Das Design ist bei h\u00f6heren Viskosit\u00e4ten, die von bestehenden Dichtungstypen gehandhabt werden k\u00f6nnen, gleicherma\u00dfen effektiv.
