Erh\u00f6hte Sieblebensdauer bedeutet weniger h\u00e4ufige Siebwechsel aufgrund von Verstopfungen durch Verunreinigungen in der Kunststoffschmelze. Dies f\u00fchrt zu viel weniger Ausfallzeiten, was eine h\u00f6here Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und h\u00f6here Produktivit\u00e4t f\u00fcr die Prozessoren bedeutet. Ein weiterer wichtiger Vorteil des CSC\/BF besteht darin, dass er den Gegendruck am Extruder auf einen viel niedrigeren Druck reduziert und dadurch eine h\u00f6here Leistung erm\u00f6glicht \u2013 bei einigen Materialien und Prozessen bis zu einer 50%-Steigerung.<\/p><p>\u201eDie Idee hinter jedem kontinuierlichen Siebwechsler-Design ist es, eine konstante Produktion mit absolut minimalen Ausfallzeiten zu erm\u00f6glichen\u201c, sagte Glenn Woodcock, Pr\u00e4sident von PSI. \u201eDurch die Aufteilung des Polymerstroms in zwei Str\u00f6me k\u00f6nnen Verarbeiter ein verstopftes Sieb austauschen, ohne die Produktion zu unterbrechen.\u201c<\/p><p>\u201eDiese neue R\u00fccksp\u00fcleinheit bringt dieses Konzept auf eine neue Ebene. Durch die automatische Entfernung von Verunreinigungen aus verstopften Sieben wird die Lebensdauer der Siebe erheblich verl\u00e4ngert. Dieses Produkt wird viel l\u00e4nger wartungsfrei arbeiten als jeder herk\u00f6mmliche Siebwechsler.\u201c<\/p><p><u>Wie es funktioniert<\/u><\/p><p>Wie der bestehende kontinuierliche Siebwechsler von PSI teilt der neue CSC\/BF das ankommende Polymer in zwei Str\u00f6me auf, die beide im oberen und unteren Kolben gefiltert werden. Im Gegensatz zum CSC-Design hat der CSC\/BF jedoch zwei Filterhohlr\u00e4ume in jedem Kolben, was eine doppelt so hohe Filterleistung wie das CSC-Design vergleichbarer Gr\u00f6\u00dfe erm\u00f6glicht.\u00a0<\/p><p>Der einzigartigste Aspekt des CSC\/BF ist die F\u00e4higkeit zum \u201eRecycling\u201c oder zur automatischen Maximierung der Bildschirmlebensdauer. Wenn der vorgeschaltete Druck aufgrund eines hohen Verschmutzungsgrades im Polymer ansteigt, bewegt die SPS-Steuerung automatisch jeden Kolben in seine R\u00fccksp\u00fclposition, wodurch der Druck die Verschmutzungen aus dem verschmutzten Sieb dr\u00fccken kann. Verunreinigungen werden aus \u00d6ffnungen im Geh\u00e4use gesp\u00fclt. Sobald die R\u00fccksp\u00fclsequenz auftritt, werden die \u201erecycelten\u201c Siebe in die Ausgangsposition zur\u00fcckgebracht, bis die Sequenz erneut stattfindet.<\/p><p><u>CSC\/BF-Funktionen und -Vorteile<\/u><\/p><p>Wie die CSC-Reihe von PSI arbeitet auch der neue CSC\/BF garantiert leckagefrei bei Dr\u00fccken bis zu 10.000 psi und Temperaturen bis zu 650 \u00b0F. Alle Teile werden nach ISO-9002-Standards hergestellt. Sein robustes Design bietet eine hervorragende Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit, und da keine Dichtungen oder Kontaktteile vorhanden sind, ist au\u00dfer dem gelegentlichen Siebwechsel praktisch keine Wartung erforderlich.\u00a0<\/p><p>Zu den typischen Anwendungen f\u00fcr den neuen CSC\/BF-Siebwechsler geh\u00f6ren Recycling, Platten, Blasfolien und Gie\u00dffolien, Compoundierung, Unterwassergranulierung und Stranggranulierung, Extrusionsbeschichtung, Rohre und Profile, Dr\u00e4hte und Kabel und andere.
