La patente de EE. UU. 9,309,974 B1, con fecha del 12 de abril de 2016, fue emitida a la compa\u00f1\u00eda para &#039;Sellos para uso con fluidos de viscosidad baja a media y m\u00e9todos, aparatos y sistemas relacionados&#039;.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>Las fugas de material en los cambiadores de pantalla continuos de tipo perno pueden ocurrir cuando la viscosidad del material de proceso no es suficiente para crear un sello en los espacios de tolerancia cercanos entre la carcasa del cambiador de pantalla y los pernos transversales. Los materiales que entran en estas categor\u00edas incluyen adhesivos termofusibles, polipropileno de alto MFI y otros donde la masa fundida puede pasar f\u00e1cilmente a trav\u00e9s de espacios reducidos. Esta nueva tecnolog\u00eda de sellado patentada ser\u00e1 utilizada por la empresa en su l\u00ednea CSC (perno continuo) y DSC (perno discontinuo) de cambiadores de pantalla para evitar fugas de materiales de alta MFI \/ baja viscosidad que se filtran a trav\u00e9s del equipo.\u00a0<\/p><p>El novedoso dise\u00f1o se ha sellado contra materiales que poseen una viscosidad tan baja como un centipoise (1 cP).
