Un tel probl\u00e8me qui frustre constamment les extrudeuses est le temps d&#039;arr\u00eat associ\u00e9 au changement de matrice. Lors du changement de matrice, l&#039;installation de la nouvelle peut prendre jusqu&#039;\u00e0 8 heures, mais dans de nombreux cas, il ne faut que deux minutes pour que la structure cellulaire du mat\u00e9riau extrud\u00e9 soit compromise. Une fois que cela se produit, le mat\u00e9riau doit \u00eatre purg\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me et nettoy\u00e9, ce qui cr\u00e9e une maintenance et des temps d&#039;arr\u00eat ind\u00e9sirables.<\/p><p>PSI Polymer Systems a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la solution. Ils ont modifi\u00e9 leurs changeurs d&#039;\u00e9cran pour y attacher deux matrices au lieu d&#039;une seule afin que lorsqu&#039;une matrice est en panne, l&#039;autre puisse continuer \u00e0 fonctionner normalement.
