La premi\u00e8re conception est un nouveau filtre combin\u00e9 <em>je <\/em>vanne de d\u00e9rivation (DIV-F), destin\u00e9e principalement aux applications de laboratoire mais \u00e9galement adapt\u00e9e aux op\u00e9rations \u00e0 plus grande \u00e9chelle. La seconde est une matrice AB combin\u00e9e <em>je <\/em>vanne de d\u00e9rivation (DIV-3X) utilis\u00e9e pour diriger le mat\u00e9riau vers plusieurs matrices ou directement vers le sol pour purger.\u00a0<\/p><p>Dans la plupart des vannes de d\u00e9rivation, il existe deux positions standard usin\u00e9es dans un boulon vertical (piston). En position de d\u00e9viation, le polym\u00e8re est dirig\u00e9 vers le sol. Dans la position en ligne, le polym\u00e8re s&#039;\u00e9coule directement \u00e0 travers le boulon dans la matrice. En mode de d\u00e9rivation, pour se prot\u00e9ger contre la d\u00e9gradation et le refroidissement du polym\u00e8re, l&#039;al\u00e9sage traversant est normalement encapsul\u00e9 dans le bo\u00eetier de la vanne de d\u00e9rivation.<\/p><p>Le filtre combin\u00e9 de PSI <em>je <\/em>la vanne de d\u00e9rivation (DIV-F) introduit une plaque de disjoncteur avec un ensemble de filtres dans la position normale d&#039;al\u00e9sage traversant. Cette conception \u00e9conomique \u00e9limine le besoin d&#039;un changeur de tamis et d&#039;adaptateurs et est id\u00e9ale pour les applications telles que la granulation sous-marine, o\u00f9 un d\u00e9bit instantan\u00e9 vers la matrice est requis et o\u00f9 l&#039;espace est trop limit\u00e9 pour accueillir un changeur de tamis pour la protection des matrices. Le DIV-F est \u00e9galement bien adapt\u00e9 aux processus discontinus tels que les applications thermofusibles, o\u00f9 le filtre est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement remplac\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin d&#039;un cycle.<\/p><p>Pour permettre les changements d&#039;\u00e9cran, PSI a allong\u00e9 la longueur du boulon et ajout\u00e9 un cylindre plus long. En mode en ligne, le trou traversant et le filtre sont directement dans le flux de mati\u00e8re fondue. En mode de d\u00e9rivation, l&#039;unit\u00e9 fonctionne de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que les autres vannes de d\u00e9rivation, encapsulant l&#039;al\u00e9sage traversant et le filtre dans le corps. Lors de l&#039;\u00e9change du pack de tamis, l&#039;al\u00e9sage traversant passe en mode hors ligne o\u00f9 lui et la plaque de disjoncteur se d\u00e9placent vers le haut et hors du bo\u00eetier. Dans cette position, un \u00e9vent, usin\u00e9 dans le boulon, communique avec l&#039;orifice de d\u00e9rivation pour permettre \u00e0 tout polym\u00e8re sous pression dans la t\u00eate de s&#039;\u00e9chapper vers le sol.
