Cela r\u00e9duit la fr\u00e9quence et le co\u00fbt de remplacement de l&#039;\u00e9cran, selon l&#039;entreprise.<\/p><p>Le gain est obtenu en soulevant le pack \u00e9cran loin de la surface plane et solide de la plaque de disjoncteur. La zone ouverte de la plaque de disjoncteur conventionnelle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 50% \u00e0 55%. Cela signifie que 45% \u00e0 50% de l&#039;\u00e9cran repose sur une surface solide. Cela peut donner un gain de 30-55% en surface de filtration efficace par rapport \u00e0 une conception conventionnelle.\u00a0<\/p><p>La Super Plate est une grille finement usin\u00e9e de lames triangulaires en acier inoxydable, soud\u00e9es en croix pour offrir une r\u00e9sistance et un soutien sup\u00e9rieurs. Pour la plupart des polym\u00e8res et des adh\u00e9sifs trait\u00e9s par des changeurs de tamis, la taille de trou de plaque de disjoncteur standard de l&#039;industrie (classe 2) fonctionne bien. Cependant, pour les mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 haute viscosit\u00e9 et \u00e0 fusion fractionn\u00e9e, le diam\u00e8tre typique du trou g\u00e9n\u00e8re une chute de pression \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Cela r\u00e9duit la fen\u00eatre de pression et le temps d&#039;ex\u00e9cution correspondant disponible pour un pack de tamis donn\u00e9 et entra\u00eene des changements de tamis plus fr\u00e9quents.<\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9duire la chute de pression de ces mat\u00e9riaux et augmenter le temps d&#039;ex\u00e9cution entre les changements de tamis, PSI propose des plaques de disjoncteur de classe 3 et de classe 4, chacune ayant des trous successivement plus grands que la plaque standard de classe 2. Les trous de classe 2 sont id\u00e9alement dimensionn\u00e9s pour supporter un \u00e9cran de 20 mailles. Le plus grand diam\u00e8tre des trous de classe 3 et 4 utilise un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psi-polymersystems.com\/fr\/super-plate\/\">Super Assiette<\/a>\u00a0ou un \u00e9cran de support \u00e0 10 mailles pour les \u00e9crans filtrants plus fins.<\/p><p>Ces plaques disjoncteurs de classe 3 et 4 sont disponibles pour les changeurs de tamis \u00e0 boulons CSC (continus) et DSC (discontinus) et les changeurs de tamis \u00e0 plaques coulissantes MSC (manuels).<\/p><p>Lorsque l&#039;espace et la dur\u00e9e de vie de l&#039;\u00e9cran sont des consid\u00e9rations, un <strong>poche \u00e9cran ovale<\/strong> offre d&#039;importants avantages de productivit\u00e9, selon l&#039;entreprise. Disponible pour les changeurs de tamis de type boulon, la poche allong\u00e9e augmente la surface du filtre d&#039;environ 168+%. Cela peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9quivaloir \u00e0 augmenter la taille du changeur d&#039;\u00e9cran de 1-1\/2 \u00e0 deux fois la taille du mod\u00e8le, mais avec l&#039;enveloppe spatiale du plus petit changeur d&#039;\u00e9cran.\u00a0<\/p><p>La chute de pression \u00e0 travers le tamis est plus faible, ce qui donne des d\u00e9bits plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s compte tenu de la contre-pression moyenne plus faible. La contrainte de cisaillement est plus faible, ce qui am\u00e9liore l&#039;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la fonte.\u00a0<\/p><p>La dur\u00e9e de vie de l&#039;\u00e9cran est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s lin\u00e9aire par rapport \u00e0 l&#039;augmentation de la surface, ce qui entra\u00eene une augmentation du temps entre les changements d&#039;\u00e9cran. Pour les processus o\u00f9 les mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s peuvent contenir des \u00ab\u00a0rafales\u00a0\u00bb de contaminants, la dur\u00e9e de vie plus longue du tamis permet \u00e0 l&#039;op\u00e9rateur d&#039;allonger les intervalles entre les entretiens du tamis.
