facilement les t\u00eates de fili\u00e8res \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&#039;ext\u00e9rieur d&#039;une ligne de traitement. Le syst\u00e8me utilise une plaque coulissante \u00e0 d\u00e9placement rapide \u00e0 commande hydraulique mont\u00e9e sur des rails lin\u00e9aires pour \u00e9changer les t\u00eates de fili\u00e8re en moins de 30 secondes. Le temps total de changement de processus d&#039;extrusion est r\u00e9duit \u00e0 moins de 10 minutes d&#039;une heure (typiquement) - de l&#039;arr\u00eat au d\u00e9marrage.<\/p><p>Le syst\u00e8me est parfaitement adapt\u00e9 aux lignes qui doivent autrement \u00eatre purg\u00e9es lors des changements de matrice, telles que l&#039;extrusion de feuilles de mousse ou pour les op\u00e9rations par lots o\u00f9 les temps de changement r\u00e9duits se traduisent directement par une augmentation de la production et des \u00e9conomies de co\u00fbts pour la r\u00e9duction des d\u00e9chets et de la main-d&#039;\u0153uvre.<\/p><p>Le syst\u00e8me EDC prend en charge deux matrices, une en ligne et une seconde hors ligne lors du pr\u00e9chauffage. La position hors ligne permet un acc\u00e8s pratique pour le retrait, le nettoyage et l&#039;installation. Chaque position est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e ind\u00e9pendamment par la chaleur, ce qui permet d&#039;\u00e9conomiser un temps pr\u00e9cieux de trempage dans la chaleur lors de la mise en ligne de la nouvelle matrice.<\/p><p>Selon la taille et le poids, les matrices peuvent \u00eatre mont\u00e9es sur des chariots mont\u00e9s sur roulettes \u00e0 rainure en V.
