R\u00e9cemment, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9s \u00e0 personnaliser leur produit pour plusieurs applications de pointe exigeantes, et leurs ing\u00e9nieurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la hauteur de la t\u00e2che.<\/p><p>L&#039;une de ces applications difficiles avec laquelle ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s impliquait un syst\u00e8me de collecteur complexe avec des bancs de quatre pompes \u00e0 engrenages pour chaque extrudeuse. La vanne, con\u00e7ue par PSI, \u00e9tait capable d&#039;ajuster et m\u00eame d&#039;arr\u00eater le d\u00e9bit vers chaque pompe. L&#039;application impliquait \u00e0 la fois une extrudeuse \u00e0 double vis et une extrudeuse \u00e0 une seule vis, la double vis n\u00e9cessitant une alimentation vari\u00e9e du syst\u00e8me pour fournir le m\u00e9lange correct. Le mat\u00e9riau plastique utilis\u00e9 \u00e9tait du PEEK, un d\u00e9fi \u00e0 traiter en raison de la sensibilit\u00e9 et des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es n\u00e9cessaires. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que le PEEK se d\u00e9grade facilement, une conception personnalis\u00e9e \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire pour garantir des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries d&#039;\u00e9coulement appropri\u00e9es. PSI a con\u00e7u les zones d&#039;\u00e9coulement dans le collecteur de sorte qu&#039;il n&#039;y ait pas de zones de d\u00e9gradation potentielles pour le mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur du bloc collecteur. Ajoutant au d\u00e9fi, le client utilisait le PEEK pour rev\u00eatir un mat\u00e9riau charg\u00e9 de fibres et ne pouvait pas permettre une variance sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,51 TP2T.<\/p><p>PSI a con\u00e7u un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le personnalis\u00e9 pour cette application, avec un code \u00e9crit personnalis\u00e9 pour le contr\u00f4leur afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 toutes ces exigences. Ils ont mis en place 4 vannes en amont avec des m\u00e9canismes d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, chacune contribuant au contr\u00f4le personnalis\u00e9. Si une pompe est arr\u00eat\u00e9e, le contr\u00f4leur le d\u00e9tecte et compense le d\u00e9bit. Cela permet une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie d&#039;\u00e9coulement appropri\u00e9e, des tol\u00e9rances super critiques et une variance facilement inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,51 TP2T. Le syst\u00e8me a si bien fonctionn\u00e9 que le client a achet\u00e9 deux pompes de rechange qu&#039;ils pouvaient \u00e9changer.<\/p><p>Pour une deuxi\u00e8me application, un client essayait de produire 6 bandes de cerclage en plastique \u00e0 partir d&#039;une seule extrudeuse. Ils essayaient de contr\u00f4ler les 6 brins avec une pompe \u00e0 engrenages\u00a0; le probl\u00e8me \u00e9tait qu&#039;ils devaient constamment ajuster le d\u00e9bit et apr\u00e8s avoir effectu\u00e9 ces changements, les profils de temp\u00e9rature et les profils de d\u00e9bit ne seraient pas coh\u00e9rents. Le r\u00e9sultat \u00e9tait une production inefficace et une quantit\u00e9 inacceptable de rebuts. PSI a \u00e9t\u00e9 sollicit\u00e9 pour analyser et r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me.\u00a0<\/p><p>Apr\u00e8s analyse, PSI a recommand\u00e9 et fourni une solution impliquant l&#039;utilisation de 3 pompes \u00e0 engrenages avec collecteurs. Deux brins par pompe sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s avec la nouvelle unit\u00e9 PSI. Un \u00e9coulement gauche-droite-centre fournit un \u00e9coulement \u00e9gal \u00e0 chaque canal, de meilleures g\u00e9om\u00e9tries d&#039;\u00e9coulement, une meilleure r\u00e9partition des mat\u00e9riaux et moins de variation de jauge de mat\u00e9riau. Les transitions, les collecteurs et les adaptateurs fournis par PSI maintiennent le d\u00e9bit \u00e9galis\u00e9, ce qui se traduit par une qualit\u00e9 de produit identique. PSI a \u00e9galement fourni un contr\u00f4leur de syst\u00e8me de pompe personnalis\u00e9 pour cette application. Il fonctionne avec toutes les principales plateformes et peut communiquer en plusieurs langues.<\/p><p>Un avantage suppl\u00e9mentaire de la solution PSI est que le transformateur a d\u00e9sormais la possibilit\u00e9 d&#039;utiliser du rebroy\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire, ce qui lui permet d&#039;\u00e9conomiser de l&#039;argent.
