Lorsque le transmetteur de pression en amont lit le point de consigne haute pression, le cycle de r\u00e9tro-rin\u00e7age d\u00e9marre et l&#039;API fait d\u00e9filer les quatre \u00e9crans en s\u00e9quence tout au long de l&#039;op\u00e9ration de r\u00e9tro-rin\u00e7age.<\/p><h4><b>Comment savoir quand effectuer un changement d\u2019\u00e9cran ?<\/b><\/h4><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Il existe deux mani\u00e8res\u00a0:<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u00c0 mesure que le nombre de r\u00e9tro-balayages augmente, il est typique que la valeur de pression du tamis propre d\u00e9rive vers le haut en raison d&#039;une accumulation d&#039;occlusions dans le bloc de tamis qui ne se d\u00e9logeront pas sous la contre-pression. Lorsque cela se produit, la fen\u00eatre de pression de fonctionnement diminue lentement et la fr\u00e9quence du cycle de r\u00e9trolavage augmente. Si le temps entre les cycles chute \u00e0 une valeur pr\u00e9d\u00e9finie, une alarme se d\u00e9clenche, appelant l&#039;op\u00e9rateur \u00e0 effectuer un changement d&#039;\u00e9cran sur les quatre positions.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Alternativement, l&#039;automate dispose d&#039;un point de consigne qui sp\u00e9cifie le nombre de cycles de r\u00e9tro-balayage qui peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s avant d&#039;appeler pour un changement d&#039;\u00e9cran. Dans ce cas, si le cycle de r\u00e9trolavage est tr\u00e8s efficace et que le changement de fr\u00e9quence ne diminue pas au point de d\u00e9clencher une alarme de changement de tamis, les tamis peuvent se fatiguer avec le temps. L&#039;exp\u00e9rimentation peut d\u00e9terminer le nombre maximum acceptable de cycles.<\/p><h4><b>O\u00f9 dois-je r\u00e9gler mon point de consigne de pression d\u2019initiation du r\u00e9trobalayage\u00a0?<\/b><\/h4><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">PSI recommande g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de r\u00e9gler la pression d&#039;initiation du r\u00e9tro-rin\u00e7age \u00e0 environ 600 PSI de plus que la pression de d\u00e9marrage du tamis propre, en fonction des pressions auxquelles la conduite fonctionne et de la pression en aval ou attendue. Assurez-vous que la pression diff\u00e9rentielle de la plaque de disjoncteur ne d\u00e9passe pas 1\u00a0500 PSI.\u00a0<\/p><h4><b>Un transducteur de pression en aval est-il n\u00e9cessaire pour faire fonctionner la fonction automatique du changeur de tamis \u00e0 r\u00e9troflush ou pour d\u00e9clencher un changement de tamis\u00a0?<\/b><\/h4><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">La fonction Auto <u>ne fait pas<\/u> n\u00e9cessitent un transducteur de pression en aval. Le r\u00e9troflush est d\u00e9clench\u00e9 uniquement par des changements dans la pression en amont.\u00a0<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>L\u2019indication de pression en aval est facultative pour visualiser le delta de pression sur le syst\u00e8me et\/ou d\u00e9clencher une alarme par rapport \u00e0 un point de consigne. Il est important de conna\u00eetre approximativement quelle est la pression en aval pour r\u00e9gler le point de consigne de pression de r\u00e9tro-rin\u00e7age et les alarmes de pression d&#039;entr\u00e9e appropri\u00e9es. Si cela n&#039;est pas disponible, commencez avec la pression de t\u00eate de tamis propre comme limite inf\u00e9rieure du point de consigne de la fonction automatique et utilisez le param\u00e8tre auquel les changements de tamis seraient normalement effectu\u00e9s pour le point de consigne sup\u00e9rieur.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h4><strong>Il ne semble pas y avoir d&#039;instrument de pression en aval sur cette unit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/h4><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">L&#039;automate a la capacit\u00e9 de relier un transmetteur de pression en aval, mais cela n&#039;est pas fourni en standard et doit \u00eatre sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 dans le cadre d&#039;une commande.\u00a0<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><span style=\"color: #0693e3;\"><strong>D\u00c9FAUTS<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><p><strong>De multiples d\u00e9fauts sont constamment pr\u00e9sents sur le panneau de commande du changeur d&#039;\u00e9cran.<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><strong>Codes d&#039;erreur <\/strong>MODULE IO #6 MANQUANT (FATAL) MODULE IO #5 MANQUANT (FATAL) MODULE IO #4 MANQUANT (FATAL) ARRET D&#039;URGENCE RESET REQUIS (FATAL)<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Cela peut se produire apr\u00e8s l&#039;activation de l&#039;E-Stop. L&#039;alimentation des modules d&#039;E\/S provient du \u00ab\u00a0SCD\u00a0\u00bb (Safe DC Power), donc lorsqu&#039;un arr\u00eat d&#039;urgence est activ\u00e9 et que le relais d&#039;arr\u00eat d&#039;urgence n&#039;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9initialis\u00e9, ces alarmes s&#039;afficheront. Effacez l&#039;arr\u00eat d&#039;urgence et appuyez sur le bouton de r\u00e9initialisation bleu situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;avant du panneau pour r\u00e9enclencher le relais d&#039;arr\u00eat d&#039;urgence et effacer les alarmes.<\/p><h3>\u00a0<\/h3><h3><span style=\"color: #0693e3;\"><strong>MOUVEMENT DE LA CROIX<\/strong><\/span><\/h3><h4><strong>Jog In \u00e9loigne les boulons du v\u00e9rin hydraulique. Je n&#039;arrive pas \u00e0 mettre le boulon du bas en ligne. J&#039;appuie sur Auto Home, et le boulon passe en position C et s&#039;arr\u00eate.<\/strong><\/h4><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">On dirait que les flexibles hydrauliques sont connect\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;envers ou que le \u00ab c\u00e2blage d&#039;extension\/r\u00e9traction entre le panneau PLC et le HPU est incorrect. Tr\u00e8s probablement, les tuyaux sont \u00e0 l&#039;envers. Quoi qu\u2019il en soit, changer l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre r\u00e9soudra le probl\u00e8me. S&#039;il n&#039;y a pas de pression, v\u00e9rifiez le niveau de liquide (regard), v\u00e9rifiez que la pompe fonctionne et v\u00e9rifiez l&#039;\u00e9clairage des bobines directionnelles.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Le boulon crois\u00e9 peut avoir besoin d&#039;\u00eatre nettoy\u00e9, ou il peut y avoir des dommages au bo\u00eetier ou un mouvement impactant le boulon crois\u00e9. Seul un lubrifiant en spray au bisulfure de molybd\u00e8ne avec une stabilit\u00e9 thermique de 450 \u00b0C doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour la lubrification.\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Jamais <\/span>utilisez des lubrifiants organiques ou \u00e0 base de silicone sur les boulons du tamis.
