Le syst\u00e8me hydraulique utilise un fluide enferm\u00e9 pour transf\u00e9rer l&#039;\u00e9nergie de l&#039;unit\u00e9 de puissance hydraulique au v\u00e9rin hydraulique mont\u00e9 sur la machine et cr\u00e9e un mouvement ou une force lin\u00e9aire. Les groupes hydrauliques appliquent la pression qui entra\u00eene le mouvement des v\u00e9rins hydrauliques. Contrairement aux pompes hydrauliques standards, ces groupes motopropulseurs utilisent des r\u00e9seaux de pressurisation \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9tages pour d\u00e9placer le fluide dans diff\u00e9rents cylindres. Certains des facteurs importants qui influencent les performances d&#039;une unit\u00e9 de puissance hydraulique sont les limites de pression, la capacit\u00e9 de puissance et le volume du r\u00e9servoir. De plus, les caract\u00e9ristiques physiques, notamment la taille, l\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique et la puissance de pompage, sont \u00e9galement des consid\u00e9rations importantes. Pour mieux comprendre les principes de fonctionnement et les caract\u00e9ristiques de conception d&#039;une unit\u00e9 de puissance hydraulique, il peut \u00eatre utile d&#039;examiner les composants de base d&#039;un mod\u00e8le standard utilis\u00e9 dans les syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques industriels.<\/p><p>Les groupes hydrauliques PSI sont con\u00e7us pour fonctionner dans des conditions industrielles et pr\u00e9sentent des caract\u00e9ristiques de conception distinctes d&#039;un syst\u00e8me de pompage typique. Les caract\u00e9ristiques de conception standard incluent\u00a0:<\/p><p><em><u>Accumulateurs (utilis\u00e9s pour les syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques HSC et CSC-BF)\u00a0:<\/u><\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em>Ce sont des navires attach\u00e9s aux actionneurs hydrauliques. Ils contiennent de l&#039;azote sous pression qui est lib\u00e9r\u00e9 lorsqu&#039;il est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 un changement de cylindre extr\u00eamement rapide.\u00a0<\/p><p><em><u>Motopompes (utilis\u00e9es sur tous les syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques PSI\u00a0:<\/u><\/em> Une centrale hydraulique peut \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&#039;une seule motopompe ou de plusieurs appareils, chacun avec ses propres vannes d&#039;accumulateur.\u00a0<\/p><p><em><u>R\u00e9servoirs:<\/u><\/em> Le r\u00e9servoir est une unit\u00e9 de stockage con\u00e7ue avec un volume suffisant pour que le fluide contenu dans les canalisations s&#039;y \u00e9coule. Ceux-ci sont utilis\u00e9s pour TOUS les syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques.<\/p><p><em><u>Filtres\u00a0:<\/u><\/em>\u00a0Un filtre est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement install\u00e9 en haut du r\u00e9servoir dans la conduite de retour pour \u00e9liminer les d\u00e9chets du syst\u00e8me. Ceux-ci sont utilis\u00e9s pour TOUS les syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques.<\/p><p><em><u>Contr\u00f4leurs d&#039;unit\u00e9 de puissance\u00a0:<\/u><\/em> L&#039;unit\u00e9 de commande hydraulique est l&#039;interface op\u00e9rateur contenant des interrupteurs d&#039;alimentation, des affichages et des fonctions de surveillance. Il est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&#039;installation et \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9gration d&#039;une unit\u00e9 de puissance dans nos syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques et peut g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00eatre trouv\u00e9 c\u00e2bl\u00e9 dans l&#039;unit\u00e9 de puissance. PSI fournira g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un bo\u00eetier de commande \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique (ECB) pour un actionnement manuel ou un contr\u00f4leur logique programmable (PLC) pour un actionnement automatique. Ceux-ci sont utilis\u00e9s pour TOUS les syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques \u00e0 plusieurs v\u00e9rins ou r\u00e9seaux de pressurisation \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9tages.<\/p><p><em><u>Vannes de contr\u00f4le\u00a0:<\/u><\/em> Diff\u00e9rentes vannes de commande sont mont\u00e9es sur l&#039;unit\u00e9 hydraulique pour contr\u00f4ler les v\u00e9rins hydrauliques. Pour chaque v\u00e9rin requis pour l&#039;actionnement, une vanne de commande \u00e0 un sens est n\u00e9cessaire pour fonctionner et envoyer du fluide au v\u00e9rin \u00e0 partir de l&#039;unit\u00e9 de puissance hydraulique. Le \u00ab\u00a0contr\u00f4leur de l&#039;unit\u00e9 de puissance\u00a0\u00bb s\u00e9lectionne la vanne de commande \u00e0 actionner et permet au v\u00e9rin de s&#039;\u00e9tendre ou de se r\u00e9tracter, en fonction de la direction s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e. Ceux-ci sont utilis\u00e9s pour TOUS les syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques.<\/p><h4><span style=\"color: #0693e3;\">Lorsqu&#039;une centrale hydraulique commence \u00e0 fonctionner, les \u00e9v\u00e9nements suivants se produisent\u00a0:<\/span><\/h4><ol><li>Le courant est allum\u00e9.<\/li><li>Pour une centrale hydraulique CSC, une fois que la centrale hydraulique est actionn\u00e9e par le contr\u00f4leur, la pompe \u00e0 engrenages extrait le fluide hydraulique du r\u00e9servoir et le d\u00e9place vers le cylindre correspondant.<\/li><li>Pour une unit\u00e9 de puissance hydraulique HSC, la pompe \u00e0 engrenages extrait le fluide hydraulique du r\u00e9servoir et le d\u00e9place dans un accumulateur apr\u00e8s la mise sous tension. Ce processus se poursuit jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que la pression \u00e0 l&#039;int\u00e9rieur de l&#039;accumulateur atteigne un niveau pr\u00e9d\u00e9termin\u00e9.<\/li><li>Les pressostats sont utilis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9guler la pression de l\u2019accumulateur.<\/li><li>Une fois la pression atteinte, l&#039;unit\u00e9 est pr\u00eate pour un actionnement imm\u00e9diat.
