Trocador de tela cont\u00ednuo com porta de desvio integral (CSC-DV)<\/span><\/h4>

Fluxo cont\u00ednuo com desvio integral para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es capazes de tolerar um deslocamento de v\u00e1rios segundos para desviar. Na posi\u00e7\u00e3o de processo, o fluxo de massa fundida passa pelos pacotes de filtro superior e inferior. As trocas de filtro e as fun\u00e7\u00f5es de purga de ar s\u00e3o padr\u00e3o para opera\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua do trocador de tela. A orienta\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para montagens horizontais e verticais.<\/p>

Para operar no modo de desvio, o parafuso transversal inferior se retrai totalmente, retirando o filtro on-line do fluxo de material fundido e acessando a porta de desvio. O filtro superior permanece online. O filtro \u00fanico e descont\u00ednuo muda de\/para o desvio em aproximadamente um (1) segundo. Os modelos DSC\/DV apresentam um design de parafuso cruzado estendido, fornecendo a capacidade de conter o pacote de tela on-line dentro da caixa enquanto opera a linha no modo de desvio moment\u00e2neo.
