Eles estavam tentando controlar todos os 6 fios com uma bomba de engrenagem; o problema era que eles precisavam ajustar constantemente o fluxo e, depois de fazer essas altera\u00e7\u00f5es, os perfis de temperatura e os perfis de fluxo n\u00e3o seriam consistentes. O resultado foi uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o ineficiente e uma quantidade inaceit\u00e1vel de material de sucata. A PSI foi chamada para analisar e resolver o problema.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ap\u00f3s an\u00e1lise, a PSI recomendou e apresentou uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o envolvendo o uso de 3 bombas de engrenagem com manifolds. Dois fios por bomba s\u00e3o controlados com a nova unidade PSI. Um fluxo centro-esquerdo-direito fornece fluxo igual para cada canal, melhores geometrias de fluxo, melhor distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de material e menor varia\u00e7\u00e3o de calibre de material.
