O primeiro design \u00e9 um novo filtro de combina\u00e7\u00e3o <em>EU <\/em>v\u00e1lvula de desvio (DIV-F), destinada principalmente a aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de laborat\u00f3rio, mas tamb\u00e9m adequada para opera\u00e7\u00f5es de grande escala. O segundo \u00e9 uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de dados AB <em>EU <\/em>v\u00e1lvula de desvio (DIV-3X) usada para direcionar o material para v\u00e1rias matrizes ou diretamente para o piso para purgar.\u00a0<\/p><p>Na maioria das v\u00e1lvulas de desvio existem duas posi\u00e7\u00f5es padr\u00e3o usinadas em um parafuso vertical (pist\u00e3o). Na posi\u00e7\u00e3o de desvio, o pol\u00edmero \u00e9 direcionado para o piso. Na posi\u00e7\u00e3o on-line, o pol\u00edmero flui direto atrav\u00e9s do parafuso para a matriz. Quando no modo de desvio, para proteger contra a degrada\u00e7\u00e3o e resfriamento do pol\u00edmero, o orif\u00edcio de passagem \u00e9 normalmente encapsulado dentro do alojamento da v\u00e1lvula de desvio.<\/p><p>Filtro de combina\u00e7\u00e3o do PSI <em>EU <\/em>a v\u00e1lvula de desvio (DIV-F) introduz uma placa do disjuntor com um pacote de filtro na posi\u00e7\u00e3o normal do orif\u00edcio de passagem. Esse design econ\u00f4mico elimina a necessidade de um trocador de tela e adaptadores e \u00e9 ideal para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es como peletiza\u00e7\u00e3o subaqu\u00e1tica, onde \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um fluxo instant\u00e2neo para a matriz e o espa\u00e7o \u00e9 muito limitado para acomodar um trocador de tela para prote\u00e7\u00e3o da matriz. O DIV-F tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 adequado para processos em lote, como aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de hot melt, onde o filtro \u00e9 normalmente trocado no final de uma corrida.<\/p><p>Para permitir mudan\u00e7as de tela, a PSI estendeu o comprimento do parafuso e adicionou um cilindro mais longo. No modo on-line, o orif\u00edcio de passagem e o filtro est\u00e3o diretamente na corrente de fus\u00e3o. No modo de desvio, a unidade opera de forma semelhante a outras v\u00e1lvulas de desvio, encapsulando o orif\u00edcio de passagem e o filtro dentro do corpo. Ao trocar o pacote de tela, o furo passante muda para um modo offline, onde ele e a placa do disjuntor se movem para cima e para fora do alojamento. Nesta posi\u00e7\u00e3o, um respiradouro, usinado no parafuso, se comunica com a porta de desvio para permitir que qualquer pol\u00edmero pressurizado na cabe\u00e7a escape para o piso. A posi\u00e7\u00e3o de troca de tela permite o desvio de pol\u00edmero em taxa m\u00e1xima, no entanto, a maioria dos processadores geralmente prefere diminuir a velocidade da linha ou trocar o filtro com o processo offline enquanto a extrusora est\u00e1 em repouso ou inativa.<\/p><p>Outro novo desenvolvimento da PSI, a vers\u00e1til v\u00e1lvula de desvio AB (DIV-3X), fornece controle e funcionalidade aprimorados para linhas dedicadas a v\u00e1rios processos, por exemplo, uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o HMA onde uma \u00fanica linha \u00e9 usada para alternar entre peletiza\u00e7\u00e3o e produ\u00e7\u00e3o de almofadas de cola. Processos como perfil extrudado tamb\u00e9m considerariam este produto extremamente valioso, pois ele pode alternar instantaneamente entre duas matrizes de perfil que s\u00e3o alimentadas por uma \u00fanica extrusora que alimenta equipamentos independentes de resfriamento e corte.<\/p><p>O DIV-3X \u00e9 fornecido com uma v\u00e1lvula de 3 vias que direciona o fluxo para um dos dois orif\u00edcios de fluxo do processo ou para uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o de desvio que direciona o pol\u00edmero atrav\u00e9s de uma porta de descarga.<\/p><p>Ambos os projetos de v\u00e1lvula de desvio usam um parafuso em vez de uma placa deslizante e utilizam um projeto de parafuso sem vazamento sem veda\u00e7\u00e3o mec\u00e2nica. \u00a0<\/p><p>A nova v\u00e1lvula de 3 vias pode ser particularmente \u00fatil para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es onde o tempo necess\u00e1rio para coordenar a sequ\u00eancia do fluxo de material precisa ser perfeito.
