Isso reduz a frequ\u00eancia e o custo de substitui\u00e7\u00e3o da tela, de acordo com a empresa.<\/p><p>O ganho \u00e9 obtido levantando o pacote de tela da superf\u00edcie plana e s\u00f3lida da placa do disjuntor. Isso reduz a janela de press\u00e3o e o tempo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o correspondente dispon\u00edvel para um determinado pacote de telas e resulta em trocas de tela mais frequentes.<\/p><p>Para reduzir a queda de press\u00e3o para esses materiais e aumentar o tempo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o entre as trocas de tela, a PSI oferece placas de quebra de Classe 3 e Classe 4, cada uma com orif\u00edcios sucessivamente maiores do que a placa padr\u00e3o de Classe 2. Os orif\u00edcios de Classe 2 s\u00e3o dimensionados de forma ideal para suportar uma tela de 20 malhas.
